TransUnion RentBridge is a
national database that shows up to seven years of historical rental
information about applicants, such as:

Amount owed at lease termination
RentBridge includes data from TransUnion CreditRetriever customers across
the country. So with RentBridge, not only can we see who has the ability to
fulfill their lease obligations, we can actually see who has and hasn’t made
their payments on time. This solution allows us to combine credit-based data
with actual rental histories for a more complete resident screening picture.
