Short South Management + Development offers ePayments and online maintenance requests through a secure self-service Tenant Portal. The Tenant Portal provides current residents with 24/7 account access to a secure web site where tenants can view a ledger, access shared documents, view alerts, submit and track maintenance requests, and pay rent with a single or recurring eCheck or credit card payment. All electronic payments processed through the Tenant Portal are simultaneously reflected on the tenant ledger.
